Saya is very close with her adoptive family. Her father adores her, especially since she reminds him of the daughter he lost long ago. Her younger brother Rikku, is loving and caring and her brother Kai is very overprotective but loving towards her as well. They are a very close and loving family despite the fact that they are not tied by blood.
Their family ties are so close, that both Kai and Rikku follow Saya in her quest to remember her past, after their father passes away. George's friend David, doesn't wish them to be harmed, and neither does Saya, but despite this, both of them decide they don't want to be away from their sister. Even after discovering who Saya is and the events surrounding Rikku, both brothers don't intend to leave her side, their only wish is to be with her as long as they can.

The one always at Saya's side is Hagi. He is always at Saya's side, aiding her and fulfilling her wishes. But it isn't merely because he is her chevalier. A chevalier is a knight, a special type of chiropteran born when they drink the Blood of one of the queens (pure chiroptera) such as Saya and Diva. A chevalier serves his master with great admiration and loyalty towards them. But in Hagi's case its more than that. Hagi grew up with Saya, maybe the relationship was a little tough in the beggining but later on they became inseparable.
When Hagi became Saya's chevalier, this filled her with grief since she had to make a choice, whether to loose him or stop his time and make him like her. Since then, Hagi has been at her side in their quest to destroy Diva, being the only one Saya can truly trust. But is there more to this relationship than trust and admiration? Personally, I do think so.

Saya shares a trusting relationship with the members of Red Shield, who protect and aid her no matter what and are also the only ones besides Hagi who hold the keys to her past.
Despite knowing who Saya is, her past and everything else, they know she is the only hope in destroying the chiroptera once and for all. After a series of events, Saya decides it is best to go their separate ways in order to protect them. They are in fact very important people in Saya's life and family.

The only thing that ties the 2 are their blood, and the hatred they feel towards each other. Saya knows she must stop Diva in order to protect the world from the chiroptera, Diva wants Saya to die since she was always loved while she suffered alone in that tower until the day she was released. They are both their answers and the only way they can finally achieve happiness, but unfortunetly, they both contradict their wishes. They couldn't grow up as sisters, but despite this, Saya showed Diva her kindness and love without knowing the consequences. Diva's acts are her way of getting what was denied to her and the only real thing she has always wanted.

Obsession would be the proper term to refer to the relationship between Saya and Diva's 5 chevalier. Some of them wish her dead in order to protect their beloved mother, some to find answers, and some are simply obsessed with their affection towards her.
Solomon is the only chevalier who posseses this affection/infatuation towards Saya. It is strong to the point that he goes against Diva's wishes and protects Saya instead. This causes conflict with Hagi, who doesn't want Solomon near his master, despite the fact he doesn't wish to do any harm to her. Despite Solomon's attempts to get close to Saya, she is unable to answer his feelings, mainly because all she really wishes is to defeat Diva.
