About Chop Chop

Chop Chop has been open since November 02, 2008 and was adopted from Monica on October 14th, 2008. The name wasn't very hard to come up with; after looking for info on Wikipedia, I read this part about the english name and where it derived from:

The English word "chopstick" seems to have been derived from Chinese Pidgin English, a pidgin in which "chop chop" meant quickly

I thought it sounded cute, and it was short so I thought it was a good choice. Plus, I asked my friends and they thought it was cute. xD So that's how I chose the name.
